Color Analyzer Helps to Test for Contrast
A free tool for testing your website's colors:
Accessible Information Solutions - Colour Contrast Analyser
This tool will help you to meet the WCAG Guidelines. Because it uses numbers, it's perfect for color-blind webmasters. It checks foreground colors and background colors. Other tools are available, but this one has very strict formula for ensuring contrast.

Google Feature Lets You Customize Your News
A new feature in Google lets you customize your news. Just go to Google, at http://www.google.com and then select NEWS. Or go directly to the Google News page at http://news.google.com/
Now look in the top righthand corner for the words
"EDIT THIS CUSTOMIZED PAGE"
Here you can create custom news feeds based on your own search terms. For example, if I choose the term "vitamins", then I will get a recent list of news articles about Vitamins.
A great new feature for finding just the content you want to find.
